The İsmail Çalmaz Otomotiv Cookie Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been prepared by İsmail Çalmaz Otomotiv Yedek Parça İnşaat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as "İsmail Çalmaz Otomotiv") and forms an annex to the İsmail Çalmaz Otomotiv Privacy Policy.

As on many websites, Cookies are used on www.ismailcalmaz.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal") in order to show personalised content and advertisements to visitors, to carry out traffic analysis on the Portal and to understand visitors' usage habits.

What Rights Do Visitors Have?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), visitors are entitled, by applying to İsmail Çalmaz Otomotiv, in relation to themselves, to:

• learn whether personal data are being processed
• request information in this regard if personal data have been processed
• learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether such data are used in accordance with that purpose
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom personal data are transferred
• request the rectification of personal data that are incomplete or inaccurately processed, and request that the action taken in this respect be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred
• request the erasure or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring their processing no longer exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, and request that the action taken in this respect be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred
• object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person concerned by means of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems
• claim compensation for the damage in the event that they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Where such rights are submitted by data subjects in writing or via a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, they will in any event be evaluated and concluded within 30 (thirty) days. Although, as a rule, no fee is charged for requests, İsmail Çalmaz Otomotiv reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Consent and Changes to the Policy

Through this Policy, İsmail Çalmaz Otomotiv aims to provide its visitors with a detailed explanation of the use of Cookies and to inform them about Cookie preferences. Accordingly, where the Cookie information notice on the Portal is closed and the Portal continues to be used, consent to the use of Cookies is deemed to have been given.
