Commercial Electronic Messages: Information Notice and Consent

1. Information Notice

Under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (Turkish Law No. 6563), a commercial electronic message means a message containing data, voice or images that is sent for commercial purposes in electronic form using means such as telephone, call centres, fax, automatic dialling machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail and short message service. Commercial electronic messages may be sent to recipients only if their prior consent has been obtained. Such consent may be obtained in writing, by any means of electronic communication or via the Message Management System ("İYS", Türkiye's national register of consents for commercial electronic messages). Recipients may at any time, without giving any reason, refuse to receive commercial electronic messages and withdraw their consent. Accordingly, even if you consent to commercial electronic messages being sent to you, you may at any time, without giving any reason, refuse to receive commercial electronic messages by clicking the link contained in the message or via İYS. In this context, we hereby present to you this information notice concerning the sending by our Company to you of commercial electronic messages, within the scope of marketing and communication activities, in order to inform you about the description of our Company's activities, products, services, advertising, promotional and commercial activities, celebrations and our Company's events. Commercial electronic messages will be sent to you only if you give your consent.

Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, I accept that the necessary information has been provided to me, that I have read and understood this information form, and that my declaration below, obtained in this manner, is valid. With my informed and explicit consent, and being aware that I may at any time, without giving any reason, refuse to receive commercial electronic messages, I consent to İsmail Çalmaz Otomotiv Yedek Parça İnşaat Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş., or third parties providing services in this regard on its behalf under an obligation of confidentiality, sending me commercial electronic messages and other messages by e-mail, SMS/text message, push notification, social media and other online advertising networks, automatic dialling, computer, telephone, fax, e-mail/mail, Bluetooth and other wireless networks and other electronic communication means, in accordance with the law, for the purposes of various introductions, advertisements, promotions, sales and marketing, celebrations and good wishes relating to all products and services of your Company, informing me about our Company's events, and establishing all kinds of communication with me. If you give the permissions/consents stated within the scope of the information above, please give your consent by passing on the SMS code you receive to the staff member in order to indicate your acceptance, consent and approval in these matters.
